Get help and report a problem
Contact support with enough context to investigate an issue or improve an article.
Last verified:
Contact support@didyma.ai for help, persistent errors, or experimental feature activation. You can also use Feedback where it is available in the app.
Include useful context
Provide the affected workflow or article link, the action you attempted, the expected result, the actual error text, and when it happened. For a statement, identify the period and relevant step or check. State whether the issue repeats and which source system is involved.
A screenshot can help, but remove unnecessary client details. Never include passwords, client secrets, access tokens, or unrelated engagement documents in an email. Ask support for an appropriate way to supply sensitive evidence when needed.
Troubleshoot common import problems
| Symptom | First checks |
|---|---|
| No accounting source offered | Organization configuration, client link, access permissions, and feature availability. |
| Wrong legal entity or mandant | Stop and correct the connection before importing. |
| No accounts extracted | File readability, worksheet, header row, statement type, and amount assignments. |
| Bexio journal imported but open items missing | Read the warning: access or unresolved currencies can prevent open-item import even when the journal succeeds. Review debtor/creditor reconciliation evidence separately. |
| Posting blocked | Read-only mode, configured posting source, and required permissions. Approval within Didyma is not posting. |
| Report no longer matches the figures | Review the changed data and regenerate, retaining any manual wording first. |
Suggest an article improvement
Use Suggest a correction on an article to open an email containing its link. Describe the missing step or inaccurate instruction. Article verification dates record a content review; they do not guarantee that every organization has the same features enabled.
