Open Report after reviewing the figures and disclosures. Available tabs and document types depend on the enabled features.

Design and Template

Use Design, when available, for visual presentation such as logos, typography, page layout, and headers or footers. Use Template for the document’s sections, order, and section-specific content and settings. Review which document and template are selected before changing a reusable configuration.

Section lists and settings panels apply to the selected section. Check the preview after changing a table, visibility setting, heading, or page break. A template provides a structure; it cannot determine whether the client’s disclosures are complete.

Editor and regeneration

Use Editor to review and edit the generated document. Regenerate replaces the current document content after confirmation. Save an export of any manual wording you need to retain before regenerating, and reapply and review it afterward when necessary.

If Didyma warns that the financial statement has changed since generation, review the upstream changes and regenerate the draft. Editing a displayed number in the report does not correct the underlying accounting data.

Export and check

Export PDF or Word for review. Check the client, financial year, dates, language, currency, comparative amounts, totals, notes, page breaks, and complete page count. Review the actual exported file, not only the editor preview.

When General meeting minutes are enabled, select the correct Document type and review those separately. Do not confuse drafting minutes with recording an actual meeting or approval.

Finish the workflow

For a complete close, assemble and inspect the compliance pack. For the experimental statement-only workflow, review and deliver the exported financial statement; the separate Finalize step is omitted.
