Account and settings
Set up your team and account
Invite colleagues, choose organization roles, and review client access.

Start with the correct organization and invite each colleague using their own account. Organization membership and client visibility are separate controls.
Administrator setup
- Open Settings > Team Management > Manage Team.
- Invite the colleague’s email address and choose Member or Admin.
- Check pending invitations if the colleague has not yet joined.
- Review their role and the clients they should access after they join.
Grant administrator access only to people who need organization administration. Administrators can access all clients; Limited client visibility does not exclude them.
Maintain access
Review members, pending invitations, and client access when responsibilities change or a colleague leaves. Use the available member and invitation controls to remove access or cancel obsolete invitations. Removing someone from one limited client does not remove organization membership.
A client contact is not a staff account. See Manage client permissions for owners, staff access, and integration restrictions.
Account and language
Open Settings and your account settings to review the available sign-in and personal settings. Use your own identity and check the selected organization before making changes. The help center has a separate language picker; switch it to keep reading the same article in another supported language.
If a feature or setting is absent, check your role and ask your administrator. Experimental statement-only work requires support activation.
First engagement checklist
Create the client, verify registry details and permissions, connect the required integrations, and upload source documents. Then choose the appropriate closing scope and create the statement with the correct dates. Integration setup alone does not import every client or complete an engagement.
